As a Recruiter for Call Center International, you will achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, and advising our managers about the best hires. Call Center International, a well-established customer service and telemarketing service company, is looking for dynamic & self-motivated individuals to help us grow our work-at-home telemarketing sales team by finding great candidates in your home country.

You don’t have to drive to an office every day – you can work from home or throughout your community, helping us find the right people who will become valued members of our organization.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Determine client needs and recruit appropriate skilled candidates from various locations.
  • Use various sources such as colleges, social media, networking & leads and referrals to attract quality candidates.
  • Conduct pre-screens with potential candidates.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews with hiring manager and key decision makers.
  • Maintain on-going communication with hiring manager and candidates throughout the selection process and follow up with both post interview.
  • Responsible for meeting required minimum number of new hires determined by Telemarketing Manager.

COMPETENCIES:

  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Excellent communication skills by phone and email
  • Reading and writing in English
  • Computer competency, and a home computer
  • Highly organized

COMPENSATION:
$600 / month (US Dollars)
