Call Center International, a well-established customer service and telemarketing service company, is looking for dynamic and self-motivated bilingual telemarketers to sell our Apela wireless service. Earn an amazing salary from the comfort of your own home with a great product to sell.

Position Summary:  As a representative of our telesales/outbound calling team, you will be responsible for aggressively growing our customer base. You will work from your home — using our calling software on your computer — and report to the Telemarketing Team Leader.

This is a job with great growth and earning opportunities, and can be a part-time or full-time position. You will be making calls in English, selling wireless service plans for Apela in the US.

ELIGIBILITY:

  • You must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, and willing to work a flexible schedule
  • A minimum of C1 English is required (i.e. read, write and speak English proficiently)
  • Good quality home desktop or laptop computer, plus fast Internet access (see below for full system requirements)
  • A successful sales background

YOUR SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Ability to persuade and influence others, sales background a benefit
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Great telephone personality: speaking, listening, and general interpersonal and communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and skills, and experience with Internet software
  • Good arithmetic skills and ability to multi-task
  • Outgoing and energetic attitude

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Present and sell assigned client-company products and services to potential customers
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty
  • Follow action plan prepared by the Telemarketing Team Leader
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals
  • Maintain proficiency of sales/skills materials and up-to-date product knowledge
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to Team Leader
  • Attend scheduled meetings with Team Leader to communicate issues, customer feedback and competitor rates

COMPENSATION:

The first month will be hourly. Thereafter, the pay will be commission-based.

COMPUTER AND INTERNET REQUIREMENTS:

You will be installing and using our software on your home system, in order to make calls through the Internet and access our portal. Therefore, it’s critical that you have a compatible and modern system to support good calling quality. The following are minimum requirements to work for CCI:

  • Computer Operating Systems: At least 2-core processor; Windows/PC only, modern version (at least Windows XP Pro, Windows 7 preferred, with updated security patches)
  • Software: Current version of Google Chrome is preferred
  • Free hard drive space: 50GB , or 20 GB if SSD
  • RAM: 1 GB minimum, 2GB is preferred
  • Internet speed: High speed/broadband required for best voice quality
  • CPU: At least 2-core processor
